- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Raisins - 7.1 oz
- Prunes - 7.1 oz
- Chopped almonds - 4.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the first layer, we need raw grated carrot and raisins. Combine the carrot and raisins, mix thoroughly, place in a salad bowl, and drizzle with mayonnaise.
Step 2
For the second layer, we need grated cheese and garlic passed through a garlic press. Combine them together and layer them in the salad bowl on top of the first, sweet layer.
Step 3
The third layer is boiled beetroot grated on a coarse grater; add walnuts and prunes to it. After mixing well, add mayonnaise to this mixture and layer it in the salad bowl.
