Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chopped almonds - ¼ cup
- Raisins - ¼ g
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
The first layer is raw grated carrot mixed with raisins and mayonnaise.
Step 2
The second layer is grated cheese mixed with crushed or finely chopped garlic and mayonnaise.
Step 3
The third layer is boiled beetroot, grated and mixed with raisins and mayonnaise. Soak the raisins in boiling water beforehand to soften them.
Step 4
Spread with mayonnaise. You can garnish with boiled egg yolk, grated finely, and walnuts.
