Ingredients
- Rice - ½ cup
- White Cabbage - ¼ head
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground meat - 12.3 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Ketchup - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice until cooked.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage into cubes and boil until cooked in salted water.
Step 3
Meanwhile, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, chop the onion into cubes, and sauté everything in a small amount of vegetable oil until partially cooked.
Step 4
Add the ground meat to the sauté, season with salt to taste, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
During the frying of the ground meat, it usually clumps together in large pieces — separate it with a spatula. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat.
Step 6
Mix all the prepared ingredients: rice, cabbage, and ground meat with the sauté. Place in a baking dish.
Step 7
Mix the sour cream, ketchup, dilute with water (150 ml). Season with salt to taste. Pour into the baking dish.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 392°F until the liquid evaporates.
