- Rice - ½ cup
- Onion - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - ½ head
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Boil the rice until fully cooked. After that, cut the cabbage into 4 equal parts and place them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then, pass the cabbage through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Mix the cooked cabbage with the ground meat, cooked rice, grated onion, and eggs. Then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the filling by hand, then shape large patties, coat them in flour, and fry in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil on both sides until a golden crust forms.
Step 4
Once the golden crust appears, add the tomato paste to the skillet, pour in enough water to nearly cover the cabbage rolls. The dish is simmered over medium heat until fully cooked.
