- White Cabbage - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage. Chop the onion and grate the carrot.
Step 2
Turn on the multicooker in the 'Bake' mode, add the filling, and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
At the same time, sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the carrot and cabbage. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Break up the minced meat in the multicooker using a wooden spatula. Transfer the vegetables into the multicooker. Stir them together with the minced meat.
Step 5
Add 1 cup of rice (using the measuring cup for the rice cooker), then add salt, pepper, seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix everything together, then add about 1.5 cups of water.
Step 6
Set the multicooker to the "Pilaf" mode. Cook for about 40 minutes.
