Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Rice - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 spoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the cabbage, carrots, and onions through a meat grinder, then add the minced meat, partially cooked rice, egg, salt, spices, and flour. Mix well. Shape into large patties and place them in a greased baking dish.
Step 2
In the diluted sour cream (1 part sour cream to 1 part warm water), add tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the stuffed cabbage rolls and place them in a preheated oven at 428°F for 25 minutes.
