Lazy Dumplings with Apricots
Ingredients
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Apricots - 10.6 oz
- Honey - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Caramelize 10 g of sugar in a pan. Remove the pits from the apricots, then place the apricots in the pan. Add honey and a couple of drops of water. Cook the apricots over medium heat for a few minutes.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the flour, add 5 g of sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Stir well. Boil the resulting mixture in water for 2-4 minutes.
Step 3
Then, in a separate saucepan, heat 500 g of sour cream. Transfer the dumplings from the water to the sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Place the dumplings on a plate. Top the dumplings with the apricots.
