Description

This dish contains about 180 kcal per 100 g (not including sour cream). Consuming 150 g of dumplings daily will not lead to weight gain.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 5 pieces
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and mash them.

Step 2

Add the egg, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Make sure to mix everything well into a uniform mass.

Step 3

While constantly stirring, gradually add the flour to the mashed potatoes. The result should be a light dough.

Step 4

Roll the prepared potato dough into a thin rope and cut it into small pieces.

Step 5

Cook in boiling salted water. The cooking process will take about three minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove the finished dumplings from the pot.

Step 6

Serve with herbs and sour cream.
