Ingredients
- Water - 1 cup
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Hake - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil into a cold frying pan, then place pieces of fish (cleaned and gutted, of course), sprinkle with diced carrots, and top with a layer of onion rings. In a glass (250 ml) of warm water, dissolve one chicken bouillon cube (no other type will do), stir until completely dissolved, and pour into the frying pan. Add all the seasonings (do not salt!) and only then cover with a lid and set on high heat.
Step 2
When it boils, without opening the lid, reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes. Now it's ready.
