- Ground Oats - 1.6 oz
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt powder - 7.1 oz
- Walnuts - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 1.8 oz
- Fresh Berries - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Rinse the dry oats with cold boiled or filtered water.
Step 3
Place the rinsed oats in a container.
Step 4
Peel the bananas, cut them into large strips, and add them to the container with the oats.
Step 5
Shell the walnuts, chop them finely, and add them to the container with the oats and bananas.
Step 6
Add 200 grams of yogurt to the container with the oats, bananas, and walnuts.
Step 7
Gently mix all the ingredients.
Step 8
Cover the container with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 9
In the morning, take the oatmeal out of the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap.
Step 10
Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the container with the prepared oatmeal.
Step 11
Add 25 grams of blueberries to the oatmeal (can be replaced with any other berries).
Step 12
If desired, let the oatmeal sit for 15-20 minutes to warm up slightly at room temperature.
