Description
The meat will turn out very juicy, savory, and slightly spicy if you add a tablespoon of Thai sweet and sour hot sauce; it can be purchased at any supermarket. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 3.5 oz
- Brussels Sprouts - 3.5 oz
- Green Beans - 2.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and place it on the heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the beef into cubes, about 1-2 cm, and then fry it until a crust forms and the moisture evaporates. You can add spices to taste; I only add pepper.
Step 4
Dice the onion and pepper. Prepare the Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and beans; I don't cut them as I like the vegetables to be large. For extra juiciness, you can take another tomato and also cut it into cubes.
Step 5
Once the beef is cooked, sauté the onion in the same pan over low heat without adding oil.
Step 6
While the onion is frying, grease the pots with olive oil, place the beef at the bottom (you can lightly season with pepper and salt), then add the sautéed onion, and top with the vegetables (I use frozen vegetables as they will release more juice).
Step 7
Place the pots in the oven, set it to 150-338°F for 1.5 hours.
