Ingredients
- Gnocchi - 15.9 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 1 cup
- Cream - ½ cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
- Spinach - 3 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1½ teaspoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, combine the peas, cream, chili flakes, minced garlic, and 0.25 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the spinach, reduce to low heat, and cook uncovered, stirring, until the spinach wilts. Remove from heat and add the lemon zest and juice.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until done. Drain, reserving 0.5 cup of the broth, and transfer to the sauce.
Step 4
Add the cheese and a bit of broth to the skillet. Mix well and add more broth as needed.
