Description
This is a great marinade for any fish, especially red fish, and chicken.
Ingredients
- Dry White Wine - 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Thyme - 16 sprigs
- Shallot - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, white wine, and olive oil. Pour into a dish.
Step 2
Add pieces of fish to the marinade, stir, and top with thyme sprigs and sliced lemon, sprinkling with finely chopped shallot. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a while, occasionally turning.
Step 3
Season the fish with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through.
