- Pasta (corkscrew) - 7.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
- Basil - 0.7 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0.4 oz
- Arugula - 0.9 oz
- Scallions - ½ bunch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pot, bring 2.25 liters of water to a boil, add a tablespoon of salt, and add the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor, add salt, and blend.
Step 2
Drain the cooked pasta and immediately return it to the pot. Add the sauce and mix. Serve on warm plates, sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest.
