  • Orange zest - 1½ spoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lime Juice - ¼ glasses

  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ spoons
  • Butter - 4.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the sauce, blend chopped garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper together. Add melted butter and blend for another thirty seconds.

Step 2

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper to taste and grill on a lightly oiled rack for four minutes. Flip the fish and cook for another four to six minutes.
