  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the margarine in the microwave at full power. Bring it to a boil and add the flour, stirring. Heat until the flour turns golden.

Step 2

Pour in the broth, add salt, sprinkle with sugar, and bring to a boil at maximum power. Add the lemon juice and mustard mixed with the egg yolk and sour cream.

Step 3

Heat for 40 seconds at full power and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
