Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
- Green Peas - 10.6 oz
- Thyme - 1.8 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
Step by Step guide

Pour water into the pot.
Step 10
Add fresh thyme sprigs to the prepared lemonade if desired.

Serve with ice.

Add thyme and sugar, and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and let it steep covered for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the thyme, strain the syrup, and let it cool.
Step 5
Place the syrup in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Step 6
Chop the cucumbers into random pieces and place them in a blender.
Step 7
Add the peas, pour in the syrup, and blend.
Step 8
Strain the resulting mixture and add lemon juice to taste.
Step 9
Pour into a siphon and charge with gas.
