Ingredients
- Lenok - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 1 piece
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop the onion, grate the carrot, and lightly sauté them in butter and vegetable oil until translucent.
Step 3
Place the fish in a baking dish or foil boats, cover with vegetables, and sprinkle with mayonnaise (50/50 mayonnaise + sour cream), add about 100 ml of water or broth.
Step 4
Bake at 150–356°F for about 30–40 minutes.
