- Chickpea - 1.6 oz
- Lentils - 1.6 oz
- Sauerkraut - 0.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Soak the beans, chickpeas, and lentils for 2-3 hours.

Then boil them.
