- Lentils - 12.3 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Ground Cumin - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the red lentils until they are soft.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion, garlic clove, and chopped bell pepper with a pinch of cumin. Add to the puree. Season to taste.
Step 3
Cool the puree and form it into patties, coat in flour, and fry until browned on both sides.
Step 4
Serve with Greek yogurt and chili sauce.
