- Lentils - 8.8 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Fatty Beef - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the lentils and soak them for 2 hours.
Step 2
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into strips.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into rings.
Step 4
Wash the herbs and chop them.
Step 5
Boil the sausages and slice them into rounds.
Step 6
In heated fat, sauté the carrots and onions until golden.
Step 7
Then season with salt and pepper, pour in a little broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add the lentils, pour in the remaining broth, and cook until done, after which add the sausages to the pot.

Serve on a plate, mounding it up.
