  • Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mint - 1 bunch
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Basmati rice - 8.8 oz
  • Lentils - 14.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, you need to prepare the beets. Place the vegetable in boiling water and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the vinegar, mustard, olive oil, and finely chopped mint well, adding sugar.

Step 3

Put the rice and lentils in a bowl.

Step 4

Add the carrot and beets, then pour over the sauce you made and mix everything together well.

Step 5

Serve on plates, garnishing with hazelnuts, feta cheese, and mint leaves.
