Description
Instead of canned lentils, you can use 3 cups of cooked brown or green lentils, and instead of canned salmon, use cooked (boiled or fried) salmon, approximately 1.5 cups diced.

- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 30 oz
- Spanish onions - 4.2 oz
- Canned Saira - 14.1 oz

In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, dill, mustard, salt, and black pepper. While whisking, gradually add the olive oil.

Then add the diced red bell pepper, 1 cup of diced cucumbers, finely chopped red onion, lentils, and fish. Gently mix and serve.
