Ingredients
- Lentils - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Broth - 1 qt
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Soybeans - 4.9 oz
- Peas - 4.9 oz
- Red Chili Pepper - 1 piece
- Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Clear Honey - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the lentils until cooked, about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Drain, then transfer to a large bowl. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot, add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute, then add the soybeans and peas and cook for another minute. Drain, then cool under cold water. Pat dry, then add to the bowl with the lentils.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Drizzle the lentils and vegetables with the dressing, then mix in the chopped chili pepper.
Step 4
Serve on a platter or on 4 plates.
