Ingredients
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Canned lentils - 7.1 oz
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Chopped Parsley - 1.2 oz
- Dried tomatoes - 2.1 oz
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice - ¼ cup
- Minced garlic - 1 clove
- Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the oil and cumin in a skillet. Sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Allow to cool completely.
Step 3
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add the cumin and oil mixture, and stir well.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
