Description

You can also use bacon or, for example, boiled chicken. To add a smoky flavor, it's best to fry the bacon and chop it finely. This way, the meat will blend with the lentils into a hearty stew that is even better eaten with a spoon rather than a fork. For a textural contrast, you can top each bowl with crispy battered onion rings for some crunch.

- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Bacon - 7.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.1 oz
- Starch film - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 qt
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the bacon into strips about 3 cm wide. Place it in the multicooker and render the fat on the "Sauté" setting with the lid open. Then transfer the crispy bacon to paper towels.

Trim the beef of any membranes and cut it into cubes.

Sauté the meat in the bacon fat until it develops a golden crust.

Add tomato paste to the beef and continue frying for a few more minutes. Then pour the broth over the meat.

Cover the multicooker with the lid and cook on the "Stew" setting until it can be easily shredded. Season with salt and pepper.
