Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Royal Shrimp - 10 pieces
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Green lettuce - 5 stalks
- Herbes de Provence - 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaves - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Cherry Tomatoes - 10 pieces
- Grated Parmesan cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fill a small pot with water halfway, add salt. Bring the water to a boil, add the shrimp, dried Herbes de Provence, and bay leaves. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
When the water turns brown, drain the water and place the shrimp on a plate along with the spices they were cooked with. Drizzle with lemon juice and let cool.
Step 3
Cut the avocado in half (half an avocado is enough for one serving), peel and cut into small cubes. Treat the cut avocado with lemon juice.
Step 4
Chop the lettuce and tomatoes into a deep bowl, add the avocado along with the lemon juice it was treated with, and you can add pineapple, diced beforehand.
Step 5
Peel the shrimp and add them to the salad.
Step 6
Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the salad. Add vegetable or olive oil and mix.
