Description

- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk together the yolk, sugar, salt, and lemon juice (you can also add pepper and other favorite spices if desired). Once all the ingredients form a homogeneous mixture, continue whisking and slowly drizzle in the oil.
Step 2
When the mayonnaise is whipped, without slowing down, start adding the cottage cheese one spoonful at a time.
Step 3
If the mayonnaise turns out too thick, add the cream.
