Description

The recipe is presented in a vegan version, but it is also wonderful with mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Chinese green beans - ¼ piece
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 8 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Canned Corn - ½ can
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the mushrooms and onion into thin strips and sauté in oil.

Step 2

Cut the cabbage into strips, add the corn and chopped tomatoes.

Step 3

Add the sautéed mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste. The oil from the mushrooms should be enough for dressing; if not, you can add a little more.
