Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 5.3 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Goat cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the salad leaves well and dry them.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the chicken pieces until golden brown. Remove from heat and add the balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
Step 3
Tear the salad leaves into small pieces and transfer them to a bowl. Add halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced Spanish onion, and peeled and diced yellow bell pepper. Toss to combine.

Roll small balls from the cheese and coat them in finely chopped herbs.
Step 5
