Ingredients
- Green Butter - 1 head
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Radish - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Kefir - 1 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, and tear them into pieces.
Step 2
Wash the green onion and parsley, dry them, and chop finely.
Step 3
Wash the radish and cut it into thin slices.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard and peel them. Cut one egg in half and set it aside for garnish, chop the remaining eggs finely.
Step 5
Mix the radish, lettuce leaves, parsley, and onion, and transfer to a salad bowl. Garnish the dish with the halved egg.
Step 6
