Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Green Butter - 1 bunch
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Canned Truffles - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - a pinch
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the lettuce leaves and leave them in a colander to drain.

Step 2

Cut the washed bell pepper into strips. Slice the red onion into half-rings. Cut the mushrooms in half. Tear or chop the lettuce leaves roughly.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients together, dressing with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
