Light Zucchini with Imitation Crab
Ingredients
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with minced garlic, chopped dill, grated cheese, and grated carrot. Add salt and spices to taste (an egg can be added if desired).

Dice the imitation crab into small cubes and gently fold it into the mixture.
Step 4
Slice the zucchini into strips (about half a centimeter thick), brush with vegetable or olive oil, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (alternatively, you can grill them for 2 minutes on each side for added flavor). Spread the mixture over the zucchini strips and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20–30 minutes or until a golden crust forms. Serve the dish hot with sour cream.
