Description
Lightly salted cucumbers cannot be prepared in advance. Their charm lies in the fleeting moment: you quickly pickle them, and you quickly eat them, before the lightly salted cucumbers turn into heavily salted ones. This restaurant recipe speeds up the process even more by using warm brine, which also includes garlic and dill, adding their sharp and fragrant notes to the flavor. After 8 hours, this universal snack is ready to be served and enjoyed. The recipe was shared with us by a chef from a popular American restaurant.
