This is a great sauce for grilled fish.
Ingredients
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Lime Juice - 2 fl oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 fl oz
- Chipotle Pepper Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Using a sharp knife, peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments over a bowl.
Step 3
Squeeze the remaining juice into the bowl.
Step 4
Lightly chop and add the finely chopped red onion, lime juice, cilantro, chipotle paste, and minced garlic.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
