Description

Ingredients
- Lemon - 8 pieces
- Orange zest - 0.4 oz
- Banana Leaves - 5 pieces
- Vodka - 1 qt
- Sugar - 8.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Use a vegetable peeler to remove 60 grams of zest from the lemons. Also, zest the lime.
Step 3
Send the lemon and lime zest to the blender, add the lime leaves, and pour in the vodka.
Step 4
Blend the contents until the zest and leaves are chopped into small pieces.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a bag, seal it, and place it in the sous vide at 149°F for 3 hours. Then allow the infusion to cool completely in the bag.
Step 6
Juice the lemons.
Step 7
Strain the lemon infusion through a sieve.
Step 8
Add lemon juice and sugar to the infusion. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
Step 9
Pour into bottles and chill.
Step 10
Serve in a chilled glass.
