Description
This liqueur is made at a popular restaurant-brewery located in a central park. In addition to the traditional ingredients of sugar and lingonberries, rosemary is added for extra fragrance. Ingredients
- Vodka - 1 qt
- Lingonberry - 2 lbs
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Rosemary - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the lingonberries, sugar, and rosemary in a glass jar, pour in the vodka, and seal with a lid.
Step 2
Place in a dark spot for a month. After the first week, stir to ensure the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
For serving, pour into a clean bottle, straining through a sieve.
