Ingredients
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dried Chili Pepper - to taste
- Fresh chopped rosemary - 2 teaspoons
- Canned tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- 35% Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Linguine pasta - 5.3 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add chili and rosemary, sauté for 1 minute, then add tomatoes.
Step 3
Simmer for 20 minutes, crushing the tomatoes as they cook, until thick sauce consistency is achieved.
Step 4
Add capers and cream and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the pasta, drain it. Combine the pasta with the sauce, mix well. Serve topped with Parmesan.
