- Vegetable Oil - to taste

- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Milk - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Clean the raw liver from membranes, cut into small pieces, and soak in milk.
Step 3
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
