Liver Cake with Carrots
Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - ½ glasses
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Onion - 3 heads
- Dill - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter for liver pancakes. In a blender, combine the liver, egg, sour cream, flour, salt, and pepper. From the resulting batter, cook pancakes in a skillet, frying them on both sides.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot coarsely, and sauté the ingredients.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs. Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the mayonnaise.
Step 4
Assemble the cake. Place a pancake, spread a little mayonnaise on it, add the carrots and onions, and sprinkle with herbs. Continue layering the cake this way. Top it off with carrots and herbs.
