- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Veal Liver - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Red Curry Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Chop the onion.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 4
Dice the eggplant.
Step 5
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil.
Step 6
Wash the liver, cut it into small cubes, and fry it in vegetable oil, adding salt and curry powder.
Step 7
Combine the vegetables and liver and dress the salad with tomato sauce. To prepare the sauce, mix the tomato paste with mayonnaise, add salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
