Ingredients
- Veal Liver - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Dill - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pot for stewing.
Step 2
Remove the membrane from the liver, cut it, add it to the onion, and fry until browned. You can use either beef or pork liver.
Step 3
Pour in water, add salt, and simmer covered until the liver is cooked through.
Step 4
Cut the processed cheese (I like 'Friendship') into pieces and add it to the liver. Stir to melt the cheese.
Step 5
Mix the yogurt, chopped dill, and crushed garlic. Add this mixture to the liver, simmer for 10 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.
