Liver pancakes with pickle salsa

Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Boiled White Round Rice - 3.5 oz
  • Pickles - 2 pieces
  • Spanish onions - ½ head
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Rinse the chicken liver and blend it in a blender.
