Ingredients

  • Veal Liver - 14.1 oz
  • Celery salt - 1 piece
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Green Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the liver from membranes, slice it, and fry in butter.

Step 2

In the oil left from frying the liver, sauté the chopped onion, mushrooms, and celery rings, adding herbs, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Combine the liver with the mushroom mixture and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Step 4

Serve the salad on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
