  • Beetroot - 2 pieces
  • Macadamia Nuts - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken liver, pat dry, and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Boil the beetroot, let it cool, and cut into cubes.

Step 3

Toast the nuts in a dry skillet and chop finely.

Step 4

To prepare the dressing, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Add the minced garlic.

Step 5

Mix the liver and beetroot. Dress the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
