  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 2.5 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fry the liver in butter over medium heat. Let it cool and cut into pieces.

Chop the walnuts.

Step 3

For the dressing, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add ground black pepper.
