Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 24.7 oz
- Bacon - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Onion - 8.8 oz
- Dry White Wine - 7 fl oz
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the liver, remove the membrane and bile ducts, and stuff it with bacon. Then wrap the liver in a thin layer of bacon, tie it up, and place it in a pot. Add butter, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the small onion heads, finely chopped carrot, chopped parsley, bay leaf, salt, add white wine, warm water (0.4 l), and cook the stew until ready. Slice and serve with salad.
