Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 14.1 oz
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Mandarins - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - ½ cup
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and green peas, then mix them together.
Step 2
Cut the liver (I always soak it in milk beforehand) into small pieces. Sauté, drizzling with soy sauce. The sauce should evaporate completely.
Step 3
Peel the mandarins, separate them into segments, remove the white fibers, and lightly sauté.
Step 4
Serve by layering on a plate: rice, liver, mandarins.
