Lobio with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 8.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Pecan - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into large cubes. Add salt.
Step 2
Do the same with the mushrooms.
Step 3
Place the green beans in the heated oil in the pan with a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 4
After 3–4 minutes, stir and move the beans to make space for the mushrooms.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms.
Step 6
Season with chili pepper.
Step 7
After 3–4 minutes, reduce the heat, add the soy sauce, and stir.
Step 8
After a minute, add the tomatoes. Stir. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes under a lid, then remove from heat.
Step 9
Blend the nuts in a blender.
Step 10
Transfer the lobio to a deep dish.
Step 11
Add roughly chopped herbs.
Step 12
Sprinkle with nuts.
Step 13
Mix and serve!
