  • Malt Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Eel - 1 head

Step 1

Boil the green beans in salted water, cool, and dry.

Step 2

Boil the lobsters in salted water for 7 minutes, remove from the shell, and cut into pieces.

Step 3

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Step 4

Make a sauce from mustard, wine vinegar, and olive oil, blending with pieces of 1 lobster until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Arrange the lettuce leaves, top with green beans, then pieces of lobster, and drizzle with the sauce.
